First America Homes Offers 6 Months of Mortgage Payment Credits For New Home Buyers This Month

First America Homes, the privately-held homebuilding division of the Signorelli Company, is offering a credit for six months of principal and interest payments towards the purchase of a new home through the end of June.

“As the nation goes through the unfortunate economic crisis caused by the pandemic, many families fear their dreams of homeownership may have to be put on hold,” says Dave Barnhart, Division President of First America Homes. “We feel owe it to ourselves and the community to do what we can to make these opportunities available at such a critical time.  With interest rates being near historic lows and the credit to pay our buyers’ mortgage for the first 6 months, we hope this allows more families to purchase their dream.”

Throughout the month of May, the Texas Homebuilder has seen a significant increase in traffic and sales throughout their 28 Houston-area communities.

“We are grateful to have had a record-breaking month in May, welcoming about 200% more families to the First America Homes family” stated Barnhart, crediting the low-interest rates and pent up demand of families looking to make a change after spending weeks at their current homes.

First America Homes currently builds in in all four quadrants of the greater Houston area. Pricing on the one- and two-story homes start in the $160,000s with sizes ranging from 1,210 to 3,000 -plus square feet.  Home features include up to six bedrooms, large walk-in closets, numerous customizing options, extended back patios, and open concept living.
