First America Homes enters Cleveland community northeast of Houston

First America Homes, a division of Signorelli Co. specializing in entry level homes, started building in Liberty County's Santa Fe community northeast of Houston.
First America Homes will build houses starting at about $160,000 in Section 3 of Santa Fe, a development of Colony Ridge Land near FM 1485 on Plum Grove Road in the Cleveland area. Santa Fe is planned for 6,400 residential lots.
Twelve floor plans range from 1,210 square feet to more than 2,100 square feet. The builder will hold a grand opening of its new model home at 981 Road 51021 on Oct. 19.
Based in The Woodlands, Signorelli Co. is one of the largest privately held development companies in Texas.
